* In order to get stronger you must lift heavy.

* If you are in the gym doing the same reps, lifting the same amount of weight, you are not a Gym Rat!

* You are to constantly look for gains everywhere. 

* Your diet is 80 percent of your fitness.

Tip: 2 2/5lbs is the most important plate in the gym. It is just enough to get stronger but not too much that you cannot complete your workout.
